Normally we won’t list a car without a clear title but since this one is missing and sub $1k we think it’s worth at least exploring. She’s also rusty!! We have access to a welder but if you don’t know how to weld, this one might be worth skipping over. We’d call the owner and ask why he is selling and what all the known issues are and see if he’d be willing to give us the vin# so we could check the carfax.
